Key Responsibilities

Monthly Accounting & Compliance
Perform end-to-end accounting entries in Tally for:
Sales
Purchases
Bank & cash transactions
Review and supervise the work of 1–2 junior team members
Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns)
Prepare monthly reconciliation of revenue and input as per BOA v.s GSTR 1 v.s GSTR 3B.
Coordinate with clients for timely collection of accounting data, invoices, and bank statements
Assist clients in resolving Tally-related issues or discrepancies such as e way bill, voucher set up ,etc
Convert bank statements from Excel into Tally for seamless data import

Year-End Finalization
Assist in finalizing accounts for clients:
Trial balance review
Ledger scrutiny
Preparation of financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws

Income Tax




Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) using Winman software
Calculate and communicate advance tax liability to clients with supporting workings
Ensure timely follow-ups for tax-related documentation and declarations

Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Prime, MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, bank reconciliations), and Winman Income Tax Software
Working knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage
Robust understanding of GST, Income Tax, and general accounting principles
Valuable communication skills for client coordination and team management
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
