About the Role

IMTS Institute is looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining systems in a professional EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Assist in system setup, software updates, and routine maintenance.
Support users with email, internet, and network-related issues.
Maintain IT asset records and support documentation.
Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving basic connectivity issues.
Follow IT security policies and support day-to-day IT operations.

Eligibility Criteria




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
