Job Description

Astitva Systems Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented US Accounting Executive to support our US-based accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Process invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Pay: ₹15,551.33 - ₹25,884.40 per month
