An F&B; Associate in the hotel industry is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting restaurant and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a skilled manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per hotel service standards
Handle guest requests and complaints politely
Set up and explicit restaurant tables
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Handle billing and POS operations when required
Support banquet, buffet, and room service operations
Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
