Job Summary

We are hiring a Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The role includes vendor sourcing, price negotiation, material planning, and ensuring timely delivery as per project schedules. Candidates with interior design, fit-out, or construction material purchase experience will be given preference.

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute purchase strategies
Handle complete purchase cycle from enquiry to order closure
Source and evaluate suppliers and quotations
Negotiate best price, quality, and delivery terms
Ensure timely procurement as per project needs
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Maintain purchase records, contracts, and price lists
Use ERP systems for purchase tracking and reporting
Coordinate with project and operations teams
Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
Manage logistics and material movement
Support and guide purchase team members

Requirements




Bachelors degree from any recognized university.
Proven experience in purchase or procurement management or logistics supply chain.
Experience in supply chain / vendor handling
Interior or fit-out industry experience is advantage.
Knowledge of inventory control and MRP systems
Experience with ERP software (SAP / Oracle EBS or similar)
Solid negotiation and cost-control skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Capable of working in a fast-paced project setting
Team handling skills are an advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
