Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products, generate leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with policy-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain insurance plans, perks, and policy features clearly.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for insurance advisors/sales representatives.
Follow up with prospective customers to encourage policy purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and provide basic policy information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Build positive relationships with customers through qualified communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications




High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
0–1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Proficiency in English and local language(s).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
