Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Teacher to teach primary students (Grades 1–3). The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children, able to create a positive learning environment, and support students in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
Teach basic subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline
Assess and monitor student progress
Encourage creativity and participation among students
Communicate with parents regarding student performance
Participate in school activities and meetings

Qualifications & Requirements
degree preferred
0–2 years of teaching experience (freshers can also apply)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge

Skills Required
Patience and understanding with young children
Solid classroom management skills
Creative and engaging teaching methods
Ability to handle small groups effectively

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
