We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Real Estate Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, generating revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with team handling experience preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team effectively.
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
Assist team members in client meetings and deal closures.
Develop sales strategies to increase business growth.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Experience as a Real Estate team leader Mandatory
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
