Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and customer-oriented Voice Process Executives for both Customer Support and Inside Sales (In-Sales) roles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and generating sales prospects while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for support and sales purposes.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Promote and explain products/services to generate leads and close sales.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions or offerings.
Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.




Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle both support and sales conversations confidently.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
