Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage with prospective candidates interested in working in the UAE.
Explain available job opportunities, salary packages, and benefits.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Guide candidates regarding visa procedures, travel arrangements, accommodation, and other services provided by the company.
Follow up regularly with leads and address candidate queries professionally.
Assess candidate interest and eligibility for available positions.
Convert inquiries into successful placements by effectively communicating the value of our services.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application status.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.




Achieve monthly targets related to candidate conversions and placements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
Sales, customer service, telecalling, recruitment, or business development experience is preferred.
