Mandatory skills- NC Programming for Aerospace components using UG NX CAM application and validation through Vericut

Roles & Responsibilities:
Interpreting project drawings to determine part specific requirements.
Collaborating with engineering team members to ensure CNC programs align with project requirements.
CNC machines set up to configure production.
Ensuring precision and quality to maintain high standards in the manufacturing process.
Conducting test runs before full production to ensure the CNC machines produce outputs according to specifications.
Technology expertise for CNC machines, cutting tooling, fixtures development, validation and ensure its robustness in terms of capability, ergonomics, market trends and lifetime.
Troubleshooting and maintaining problems related to CNC machinery in case of issue arises.




Define Consumables and frequency assignment to ensure production continuity at the early stage of product validation.
Technical leadership to ensure required Gauge R&R; and Capability Studies are conducted on time.
User Specific Requirements (machine specification) definition and execute at the procurement stage. Potential vendors technical assessment – (Added advantage).
Leading Equipment validation, Acceptance test at supplier site & in the plant after delivery (FAT/SAT) and in office qualification execution. – (Added advantage)

Deliverables: Process Planning, Cutting tool selection, NC Code Generation, Tool Path Generation, Tool Path Verification, URS documentation update, Part Prove out, Part Verification
