Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR operations, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management system, HR policy formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems
Manage employee lifecycle—onboarding to exit
Drive performance management and training programs
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal & retention
Ensure labour law compliance and internal audits
Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements
Requirements:
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
8+ years in core HR roles, preferably in mid-sized organizations
Proficient in payroll processing, compliance, and HRMS (e.g., GreytHR),PMS
Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
