This is a full time on-site position for a Fashion Design Faculty at Minerva Group of Institutions, Sudhowala, Dehradun. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating and delivering curriculum, mentoring students and fostering a creative learning environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting lectures, industry-oriented projects, practical demonstrations and grading assignments, while staying informed about current trends in the fashion industry to update course content and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Fashion Design ; relevant certifications and skilled experience will be a plus.
1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred (Freshers with excellent academic records may also apply).
Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Expertise in Fashion Design, including knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and fashion illustration




Proficiency in teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and student mentorship
Robust knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Experience in creative problem-solving, trend forecasting, and professional networking in the fashion industry
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in an academic setting
Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire creativity in students

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
