About the Role

Abby Draw Design Agency is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
Identify current business opportunities and connect with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up with leads.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
