Role Description:

In office role based in Mumbai

Daily tasks include:
supervising children’s activities
supporting their routines (meals, hygiene, rest)
engaging them in educational and creative play that promotes development
collaborate with parents or guardians to follow established schedules and care guidelines
observe children’s behavior, and communicate any concerns promptly and clearly
play games, maintain a clean and child-friendly workplace, and support emotional well-being through positive interaction and encouragement.

Qualifications
12th Standard / Diploma / Undergraduate
Read, Write English (Speaking Preferred)
Should know how to use a smart phone to order groceries, book cab, etc.




Should be patient and calm while managing children’s needs and behavior
Prior experience in child care, early education, or related roles is an advantage.
Relevant coursework or training in childcare, psychology, education, or related fields is beneficial.
