Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. As an HR Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations while working in a skilled and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.




Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
Participate in employee engagement activities.

Requirements
MBA (HR), BBA, HR course/certification, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
