Key Responsibilities
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.
Generate recruitment dashboards, revenue reports, and hiring performance reports.
Maintain recruiter-wise, client-wise, and team-wise performance data.
Track closures, interviews, offers, joins, and billing reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report submission.
Create and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and automated reports.
Analyze recruitment trends and provide insights to improve performance.
Coordinate with recruiters, team leaders, and management for data collection.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Maintain confidential business and employee data.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, IF Functions).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.




Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Statistics, or any relevant discipline.
Certification in Advanced Excel or Power BI is an added advantage.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations.
Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust command of MS Excel.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports simultaneously.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Team player with solid organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
