Luxon Motors is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Attingal Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a superior service experience.
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
Explain repair estimates, service recommendations, and costs to customers.
Follow up on vehicle status and update customers regularly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.
Handle service-related documentation and maintain records.
Promote value-added services and service packages.
