Job Overview
Address Men's Apparels is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales reports and identify prospects to improve business performance.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product display.
Requirements
Minimum qualification is plustwo
Minimum 2+ years experience in retails or related field
Excellent leadership skills , communication skills and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
