Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Process payroll and statutory payments, where applicable.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements to financial processes.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
2–5 years of accounting experience (or as required).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS,



income tax, and statutory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong ethical standards and qualified integrity.Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

If by "CRM" you mean a specific software (such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM), I can tailor the experience requirements accordingly.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (ERP) for accounting, inventory management, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.
Experience using CRM software to manage customer accounts, sales records, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and customer communications.
Proficiency in bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing activities.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Ability to generate financial reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
