We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US logistics and freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of carrier and shipper coordination, negotiation, and load booking.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Freight Brokerage
Strong experience in US Logistics
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate with carriers and shippers
Candidates with only BPO, Dispatch or Compliance experience are requested not to apply
Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation & Incentives
25% incentive on earnings below $5,000




30% incentive on earnings above $5,000
Salary credited on the 2nd of every month
PF benefits applicable
