Job Responsibilities
Teach MBA students in subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Operations Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
Guide students in projects, internships, research work, and career development.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and accreditation activities.
Mentor students for placements, higher studies, and skilled growth.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility
MBA with specialization in relevant discipline.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Teaching experience in management education preferred.

Subject expertise in Management Studies.

Research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
