We are looking for a Configuration Associate to join our backend operations team. The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, data updates, verification, and coordination with various teams.

Requirements
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, or Tamil.
Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current systems and processes.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle backend configuration activities in the NeoTrack system.
Verify data and ensure accurate updates in the system.
Coordinate with support, frontend, installation, and technical teams for configuration requirements.
Identify configuration-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain proper records of completed tasks.
Follow standard processes and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
