Auto Floor Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor – Commercial Vehicles

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Auto Floor Supervisor to oversee workshop floor operations, supervise technicians and electricians, ensure timely completion of repairs, maintain quality standards, and support effective workshop performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workshop floor activities and repair jobs.
Allocate work to technicians and auto electricians.
Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure quality of repairs and adherence to manufacturer standards.
Assist in diagnosing technical issues and resolving workshop bottlenecks.
Monitor technician productivity and attendance.
Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for smooth workflow.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.




Report daily workshop performance to the Assistant Works Manager and Works Manager.

Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Automobile, Mechanical, or Diesel Mechanic.
3–8 years of experience in commercial vehicle or automobile workshops.
Experience supervising technicians and workshop operations.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
