Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Google Ads) – Remote

Aventra Media is a Digital Media & Performance Marketing company helping global brands grow through data-driven advertising and scalable marketing systems. We specialize in Meta Ads, Google Ads, conversion optimization, and growth marketing for e-commerce and international businesses.

We are looking for Performance Marketing Specialists to join our remote team and manage high-performing advertising campaigns for international projects.

### Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate

Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tools

Analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding, and performance

Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages

Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve campaign results





Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports

### Requirements

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

Strong understanding of Performance Marketing

Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions

Familiar with tracking and analytics tools

Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Experience managing large budgets or international campaigns is a plus
