Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth of our D2C business.

The role will own paid acquisition across Meta and Google, while also working across the complete customer funnel — from ad creative and targeting to landing pages, PDPs, conversion rate optimisation and retention.

You will work closely with the Growth Head, Founders, Brand and E-commerce teams to continuously improve revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and customer LTV.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage budgets with clear ownership of ROAS, CAC, MER and revenue targets.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and funnels.
- Analyse and improve landing pages, PDPs and conversion rates.




- Strong working understanding of Shopify and D2C customer journeys.
- Understand and execute basic CRM/retention strategies across WhatsApp and email.
- Track performance through GA4, Shopify and advertising platforms.
- Work with the content/design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Identify growth opportunities across the entire Ad → Website → Purchase → Repeat Purchase funnel.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands and meaningful advertising budgets.
- Valuable understanding of Shopify, CRO, landing pages and retention.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, sports nutrition, fitness, wellness or beauty preferred.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.
