Estates21 is looking for an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital lead-generation ecosystem.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven execution experience — not someone looking to learn or experiment with campaigns.

What you should know really well:

- Meta Ads — setup, optimization, retargeting & scaling
- Google Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing
- High-converting Landing Page creation
- Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager & GA4
- Conversion & event tracking
- Lead funnels and campaign optimization
- A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages
- CPL, CAC, ROAS and performance analysis





You should be capable of independently handling the complete journey:

Strategy → Ads → Landing Page → Tracking → Leads → Optimization → Scale

Real Estate performance marketing experience will be a robust advantage.
