Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Panvel Taluka. The intern will support the performance marketing team in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to improve key metrics like click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition. Daily tasks include assisting with data collection, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports,



and conducting basic performance testing to identify areas for improvement.

The intern will collaborate with team members to analyze trends, contribute to campaign strategy discussions, and help implement changes based on performance insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing tools, methodologies, and best practices in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or interest in Performance Management and Performance Testing to support optimization of digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and paid media; familiarity with tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a structured, on-site environment.
- Ability to work full-time and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
