Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid advertising campaigns and generate qualified leads and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.

- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.

- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

- Coordinate with the content/design and sales teams.

- Analyze competitors and identify recent marketing opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Candidates must be available for a full-time role.

Pay: ₹9,968.23 - ₹33,716.91 per month
