Position: PCD Pharma Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 1–3 Years in PCD Pharma / Pharma Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new PCD Pharma franchise/business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify and connect with pharma distributors, stockists, retailers and prospective franchise partners.
- Explain company products, monopoly/PCD opportunities, pricing and business terms.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business partners.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain lead, follow-up and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing, purchase and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant qualification.




- Experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
