Payroll Manager - Bengaluru

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Bengaluru

Industry: BFSI / NBFC / MFI preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary, deductions, benefits and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, Bonus and other statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation and monthly payroll reports/MIS.
- Handle payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage and improve HRMS/Payroll systems and coordinate with payroll vendors.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and work closely with HR, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll and labor laws and implement required changes.
