1. Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-client or corporate workplace.
2. Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients or internal teams.
3. Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.).
4. Proficient in payroll software/tools and MS Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Good spoken and written English communication skills.
7. Ability to manage client relationships and respond to queries professionally.
8. Processing employee expense reimbursement claims, both business and CTC related.
9. Experience with Ascent payroll software.
