Role Description This is a full-time, in office Payroll Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Payroll

Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and validating attendance, salary components, deductions, and incentives. The role involves administering payroll systems, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Executive will coordinate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data, address employee queries,



and support audits and reporting requirements. The position also includes maintaining detailed payroll records, contributing to process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management to handle end-to-end payroll activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Payroll Processing and a solid understanding of Finance to ensure accurate calculations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to respond to employee queries and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in payroll operations, HR or finance in a corporate or consulting environment is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of payroll software, HRIS, and MS Excel, along with familiarity with statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential data, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
