- Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.

- Oversee administration tasks such as employee data management, leave tracking, and compliance reporting.

- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to payroll discrepancies or employee queries.
n
- Ensure seamless integration between different systems like ADP Solutions, Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong for effective processing.
n
nJob Requirements :

n
- 8-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & Operations role.
n
- Strong knowledge of ADP Solutions (End-to-End) including administration modules like Darwin Box.
n
- Proficiency in managing multiple software applications such as Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Cloud Payroll module.
