- Design and develop patterns and core boxes as per casting drawings.
- Handle pattern design and casting simulation for CI / SG Iron castings.
- Apply correct shrinkage, machining allowance, draft and core provisions.
- Modify, repair and maintain existing patterns and tooling.
- Identify and resolve pattern-related casting defects.
- Coordinate with Design, Foundry, Production and Quality teams.
- Ensure pattern accuracy, quality and timely availability for production.
- Maintain pattern drawings, records and revision details.
