Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end payment operations and transaction processing.
- Process and monitor fund transfers, wire payments and SWIFT payments.
- Perform payment investigation and resolve payment-related exceptions.
- Validate payment instructions and ensure accurate processing within defined timelines.
- Handle payment discrepancies, exceptions and transaction queries.




- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution of payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to process controls.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- TL/AM/Manager: Lead teams, monitor performance and manage stakeholder escalations as applicable.
