Location: Meerut Role: Patient Care Counsellor

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Counsellor to join our team and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

2–3 years of relevant experience in an Eye Care Hospital/Ophthalmology setup will be preferred.

Experience in patient counselling, TPA, insurance or billing processes is an advantage.

Knowledge of Government healthcare schemes will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and counselling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities-

Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, surgeries and procedures.

Explain billing, insurance claims and applicable healthcare schemes.

Coordinate with doctors, optometrists and other hospital departments.

Handle patient queries and documentation professionally.

Support patients with the required information throughout their treatment.





Ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment and follow-up.

Maintain a compassionate, patient-focused and professional approach at all times.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Excellent communication and counselling skills

Strong patient-handling abilities

Good understanding of hospital processes

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Professional and empathetic approach

Experience in an eye-care/ophthalmology environment will be an added advantage

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
