We are hiring for Patient caller for the Chennai Location

Role & responsibilities

- Strong customer service skills; answering client calls; prompt return and follow up to all interactions.
- Prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally Prepares charges for offshore operations and answers and resolves questions.
- Complete chargers and/or resolve charge and payment inquiries for offshore vendors.
- Willingness to work in IST night shifts for US Voice support
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Experience in handing inbound calls for US healthcare customers.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare with focus on Patient Billing.
- US healthcare voice support (Inbound) experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.




- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions. Preferred candidate profile

- A Candidate should have a minimum 1 Year of Robust Experience in RCM & Patient calling working with a leading Medical billing company
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
