Eduflute Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time Online System Design Tutor to conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions for college and university students. We are seeking professionals with strong practical knowledge of System Design, Software Architecture, Distributed Systems, Databases, APIs, Scalability, and Cloud Technologies who can teach students through real-world architecture problems and interview-oriented case studies.

Position Details

- Job Type: Part-Time – Remote
- Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions — No Batch Teaching
- Student Level: College & University Students
- Experience: 2–10 years preferred
- Compensation: ₹450–₹500 per hour
- Working Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive System Design classes from beginner to advanced levels.
- Teach High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) concepts.
- Guide students through university projects, software architecture assignments, and technical interview preparation.
- Explain complex distributed-system concepts using practical examples.
- Help students design scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
- Conduct mock system-design interviews and provide detailed feedback.
- Create personalized learning plans based on each student's technical level and career goals.

Eligibility

- 2–10 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent System Design knowledge, strong programming fundamentals, and excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, software development, architecture, or technical interview experience is an advantage.
- Must own a laptop/desktop suitable for online teaching and development tools.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting live online sessions with screen sharing, diagrams, coding, and architecture discussions.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
