We are looking for a part-time field sales executive (freelancer) for CCTV installation and electrical services.

Work

- Visit shops, offices, and small industries
- Coordinate with clients from inquiry to project completion
- Explain CCTV solutions, services, and AMC plans
- Visit under-construction sites for electrical work and services
- Generate leads and support in closing deals

Salary benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month
- Petrol Allowance: (as per work)
- Incentives: Up to ₹35,000/month (based on performance) additional bonus for client confirmation.

- Language use Marathi/Hindi/English

Note Work stability depends on performance.

Timing

- Versatile (2–3 hours daily)- 4 – 5 visit daily

Work Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Customer Search - Visit 4–5 locations daily, including shops, offices, schools, colleges, factories, warehouses, and small industries. - Meet builders, contractors, architects, housing societies, and business owners. - Identify customers requiring CCTV, electrical, or maintenance services. - Collect customer contact details and project requirements.

CCTV Business Development - Promote CCTV products and installation services to potential customers. - Explain CCTV solutions and their benefits. - Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans for existing CCTV systems. - Arrange site visits for technical surveys when required.
3. Electrical Services Business Development - Visit under-construction sites and existing commercial/industrial premises. - Identify opportunities for: - Electrical Wiring - Panel Installation - UPS Installation - Industrial Electrical Work - Electrical Maintenance Services - Coordinate customer requirements with the technical team.
4. Customer Coordination - Maintain regular communication with clients. - Follow up on inquiries and quotations. - Schedule meetings, site visits, and project discussions. - Assist customers throughout the project lifecycle, from inquiry to completion.
5. Project Follow-Up - Monitor project progress after order confirmation. - Coordinate between the customer and the execution team. - Ensure timely completion of assigned projects. - Support in resolving customer concerns during project execution.
6. Sales Support & Deal Closure - Generate qualified leads and business opportunities. - Follow up with prospective customers. - Support quotation submission and negotiation processes. - Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
7. Reporting - Submit daily visit and activity reports. - Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and completed projects. - Update management regarding customer feedback and market opportunities.

Note: Continuation of work and growth opportunities depend on performance, lead generation, and successful project completion. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
