Eduflute Academy is looking for a creative and experienced Part-Time Online UI/UX Design Tutor to conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions for college and university students. We are seeking professionals with strong practical knowledge of UI/UX Design, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and Design Systems who can teach through real-world projects and portfolio-focused learning.

Position Details

- Job Type: Part-Time – Remote
- Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions — No Batch Teaching
- Student Level: College & University Students
- Experience: 2–10 years preferred
- Compensation: ₹400–₹500 per hour
- Working Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online UI/UX Design classes from beginner to advanced levels.
- Teach students through practical website, mobile app, and product design projects.
- Guide students with university assignments, projects, case studies, portfolios, and interview preparation.
- Explain the complete UI/UX design process from research to final prototype.
- Help students develop professional design portfolios and UX case studies.
- Provide feedback on layouts, user flows, prototypes, and design decisions.
- Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's learning level and career goals.

Eligibility

- 2–10 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent UI/UX knowledge, a strong portfolio, and excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, freelance, startup, or product-design experience is an advantage.
- Must own a laptop/desktop suitable for design software.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes with screen sharing and design demonstrations.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
