Role Description

We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Operations Associate to support our legal and business teams across commercial contracts, legal research, documentation, compliance, and matter management.

This is a hands-on role suited for an early-career legal professional who is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple matters, and interested in understanding how legal work connects with business operations. The role will involve working closely with senior counsel and clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and transaction-related documentation
- Maintain matter trackers, contract records, deadlines, and legal documentation
- Support compliance-related research, tracking, and documentation




- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and follow up on deliverables
- Assist senior counsel with preparation of legal documents, presentations, reports, and client communications
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, and missing information in documents and escalate them appropriately
- Support legal operations and process improvement initiatives across ongoing matters

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, legal associate, legal operations, or similar role
- LL.B. / equivalent legal qualification preferred
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and basic corporate/legal concepts
- Robust legal research, drafting, and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and legal documentation tools
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from senior counsel
- A commercially minded approach and willingness to understand the business context behind legal work
