GoKite Tours & Travels LLP is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C holidays, ticketing, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Plan and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
Create customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
Assist customers with visa requirements, documentation, and application coordination.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
Handle ticketing and other travel arrangements.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries.




Meet individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Travel & Tourism.
Experience in B2B/B2C holidays, visa services, and/or ticketing.
Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Solid communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively with sales targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
