Store & Inventory Executive / Manager

Luxaddi is looking for a detail-oriented Store & Inventory qualified to manage and digitise our physical inventory across Raw Materials, WIP, Assemblies and Finished Goods.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct complete physical inventory mapping, counting and reconciliation.
Create and maintain Item Master, SKU codes, product categories and specifications.
Implement barcode/QR coding and labelling for all inventory.
Map warehouse zones, racks, shelves and bin locations.
Manage GRN, inward, storage, material issue, transfers, assembly, dispatch and returns.
Maintain BOM-linked inventory and traceability from raw material to finished product.
Identify duplicate, obsolete, unidentified and slow-moving inventory.
Support ERP/WMS implementation and inventory data migration.




Conduct cycle counts and ensure high inventory accuracy.
Develop and follow Store & Inventory SOPs.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years’ experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory / Manufacturing.
Strong Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
Experience in SKU creation, barcode systems, physical stock audits and BOM management.
Robust organisational, analytical and documentation skills.
Experience with bespoke manufacturing, lighting, furniture or interior products will be an advantage.

Key Objective: Ensure 100% identification, location, traceability and accountability of every inventory item from receipt to final dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
