Overview

The HR Executive supports end-to-end HR operations with a focus on recruitment, payroll administration, HR administration, and employee engagement. The role partners with business leads to ensure efficient HR processes, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage full-cycle hiring for junior to mid-level roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
Coordinate pre-boarding, background checks, and structured onboarding
Payroll and Compliance
Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions).
Coordinate with Finance/vendor to process payroll accurately and on time.
Administer statutory compliances (PF/ESI/PT/TDS or local equivalents) and maintain records.
Support audits; ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

HR Administration
Maintain HRIS and personnel files; manage letters (offer, confirmation, experience).
Administrator leaves and attendance, track probation confirmations, contract renewals.
Support advantages administration (health insurance, reimbursements) and policy communications.





Employee Engagement and Relations
Plan and execute engagement calendar: townhalls, recognition, surveys, festivals, wellness.
Run NPS/engagement surveys; analyse results and drive action plans with managers.
Handle employee queries, support grievance resolution, and promote a positive culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business.
3–5 years of HR experience covering recruitment, payroll operations, HR admin, and engagement.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances relevant to your region.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and discretion.

Salary Range

RS.25,000 to 35,000 PM

Work Schedule-10:00 am to 7:00pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
