About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketer to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, and generate bookings for Seanz Cruise.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, and other sources.
Explain cruise packages, pricing, and event options.
Understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Tamil knowledge is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Previous telecalling or telesales experience is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
