Boiler Operator responsibilities for a Thermax boiler in a sweet factory:
Operating and monitoring the Thermax boiler for continuous steam supply in production.
Checking steam pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel system regularly.
Starting and shutting down the boiler as per standard operating procedures.
Maintaining proper boiler efficiency and minimizing fuel consumption.
Inspecting safety valves, gauges, pumps, burners, and pipelines daily.
Maintaining water treatment and checking water quality to avoid scaling and damage.
Recording boiler readings, fuel usage, and maintenance activities in daily log books.
Coordinating with the production department for steam requirements during sweet manufacturing.
Identifying technical faults and informing the maintenance team immediately.
Ensuring proper cleaning and preventive maintenance of the Thermax boiler system.
Following all boiler safety rules, fire safety standards, and factory compliance procedures.
Handling emergency situations and boiler breakdowns safely and efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
