Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The recruiter should have excellent communication skills and the ability to hire quality talent within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Prepare and release offer letters and onboarding documents.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, or BPO roles.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
