Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 0.5- 3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full time | In office

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client communication.
Manage follow-ups with existing clients such as wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
Support in onboarding current customers and handling incoming leads.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.
Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for order processing and delivery updates.
Assist in cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
Support marketing activities including campaign coordination and social media support.




Prepare basic sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:
0.5 - 3 years in sales, marketing, or operations role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
