Job Description Position: Student Relationship Executive

Role Overview

The Student Relationship Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, guiding them through the Germany education process, and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries related to studying in Germany (courses, universities, intake, fees, visa process).
Counsel students and parents through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission and visa process.
Guide students on documentation, application timelines, and required procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, visa, operations) for smooth processing.




Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate student data and records in CRM or internal systems.
Address student concerns, queries, and complaints in a qualified manner.
Support students during pre-departure and post-admission stages.
Meet assigned targets for student registrations and conversions.
Participate in events, seminars, and webinars conducted by YES Germany.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory).
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Student-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of overseas education (Germany preferred).
Ability to handle multiple students and deadlines efficiently.
Comfortable with follow-ups, targets, and performance-based roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
